Revisions: Clients are entitled to two complimentary rounds of revisions for each piece of artwork, written content, or service delivered. These two rounds allow for reasonable adjustments and ensure the final product or service meets expectations.
Additional Revisions: If further revisions are required beyond the two free rounds, including for fixed-price projects, these further revisions will incur additional charges. Additional revisions will be billed pro-rata on an hourly basis, in accordance with our rate card.
Client Approval and Reopening Tasks: Once tasks have been signed off and approved by clients, any subsequent revisions or reopening of those tasks will also incur additional costs to the project.
Form of Payment: Clients must provide a valid credit card at the time of placing their orders. Payment details will be securely stored via Stripe, a trusted payment processing provider, ensuring safe and compliant handling of financial information.
Billing Process: Payments are charged to the client’s credit card immediately upon placing an order. Orders are only processed and confirmed once the payment has been successfully received. By placing an order with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions.
